Study Abroad Coordinator
Professional Biography While earning a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Lauren had the opportunity to participate in three study abroad programs: one semester in Paris, France studying French and politics, another semester studying Conflict Resolution in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, and a hybrid Master of Public Administration course in India. Lauren went on to teach English in South Korea, then completed a service teaching with the Peace Corps in Benin, West Africa. Upon return from the Peace Corps, Lauren earned a Master's in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and has since been working in the field of international education. Professional Interests Lauren is interested in working with underrepresented students to make education abroad more accessible. She is also interested in working with international students to provide support.
